Bonzo, what is the last info? head count? bushels paid for?
Paul was picking today and prolly tomorrow so he will update who has paid for what when he can…latest count is 10 bushels spoken (only 3 paid for I think)for and a head count of approx 50 people…I think the rain could really keep the crowds down…but I don’t care, as long as there are oysters to steam and beer to drink and friends to share some smiles then I’m okey dokey!

I’ve got some little fire starter logs and kindling I’ll bring…it is all dry…

I will miss getting to the roast and Charlie and Maureen not being there. The last couple of years they have beat me there (they came from Aiken and I am on James Island) and had a fire ready and waiting on everybody else to show up. Our prayers are still with Maureen’s family as they cope with her death and with Charlie as he continues to improve and prepares to bear the consequences of his actions.
