There was a team, right here from South Carolina from an agricultural school in a small town known as “Clemson”, but pronounced “Klimpsun”. Evidently, they were ranked very high in the college football rankings and then an un-ranked team who was 5-4 beat them this weekend. Evidently, their defense was really good at catching balls that were supposed to be caught by the other team.

Apparently there was an official that graduated from The University of South Carolina calling the game and he threw a bunch of interceptions and then missed a bunch of tackles on defense that cost them the game.

Down here is where a signature goes but they can confuse and anger some people so I don’t have one.

Some one loses an some one wins! vegas is not doing to
good an I"m not either.

Maybe better next year.

I heard something about that. Apparently there are to be riots and protests over the outcome.

Oh yeah, I remember the Pitt Panthers… They had that guy named Hugh Green that came in second behind George Rogers in the Heisman… They also had some dude named Dan Marino… That was back in the day when they were real good… Can’t recall, but wasn’t the Tater NC somewhere around that time period? Just can’t recall that far back…

Yeah, I listened on the radio and I kept hearing the announcers say “Chris Blew it, Chris blew it!” I thought the kicker missed…

Dang unfortunate name for a kicker…

Let’s hope he doesn’t have a sister…

Yeah, it sucks losing one regular season game ever two years.

Refs didn’t lose this game for us. Turnovers, not being able to run the ball, and a bad coaching decision lost us this ball game.

Congrats on being the first reasonable Clemson fan I’ve heard in about two years…

I agree. I didn’t really see the ref calls. They go both ways sometimes, and we have had our fair share of them going our way.

Turnovers and the go ahead on 4th down in the end cost us. I’m all for being aggressive, but you don’t pitch back and turn a 4th-1 into a 4th-6. Stuff it up the middle or keep it in DW4s hands, anything but that pitch to Gallman. Or you punt, and make them go 60+ in under a minute for a FG.

Not gonna lie, I left a half full beer on the table when they lost, and didn’t even want to drink the rest of the night. That loss hurt, but the late night games soothed the wounds a little.

I have never understood any coach that does this.

I didn’t see the game, was out fishing with some really cool members of our military on a very windy day!! I have to say though, I doubt a few “bad” calls caused us to lose the game, turn-overs, penalties and failure to execute did. Time to focus on week 12 and move on!! Our fan base just like every other schools fan base have “those” fans that the rest of us would rather they remain silent.

One Simple Thanks!!

They had Cavanaugh and Tony Dorsett when they thumped Clemson in the '77 Gator Bowl. Dorsett had a good game.
