Everyone takes off from the same location in each tournament. You leave in order of your randomly chosen number at the captain’s meeting. It’s not that bad of ride from Shem Creek to Toogoodoo. There are several participants that will make the trip to Port Royal Sound from Shem Creek.

Don’t those boats haul out at Wappoo and trailer down to the beaufort area? Then run back at the end of the day? Conspiracy theory I overheard once about these redfish tournaments had that scenario in it.

We ran back to BFT in a tournament last year and went the icw the whole way. That’s what all guys do. Your not allowed to leave the boat during tourney hrs

You are correct Raddaddy! Sorry for all the confusion. There are some festivities going on in Shem Creek on the 23rd. I believe it is called the Creek Crawl?
