This is the 10th anniversary of the Topwater Action Campaign I thought I would give you an equipment inventory list I just received from Ben Dyar with the SCDNR on our oyster recycling & restoration contributions; as I have previously reported, it is approx. $106,000 in equipment that YOUR CCA SC has provided to literally bolster and expand those programs at the SCDNR.
