Has anyone had luck on the near shore reefs yet?

I’ve got some friends that have been tearing them up. Personally I haven’t caught one this year. That storm just came through and I believe it scattered them a little bit, but it should be about time for people to start to catching them good again, those kings should be running soon to (nearshore). Everything is late this year but the water temp. seems to be warm enough for them. Your not going to catch any at the house, so good luck when you go

Yeah, had problems getting menhaden, you know how it is, when you are looking for them you can’t find them and when you don’t want them, they are everywhere. Friend went to the J south of here and caught two and one pop off at the boat two weekends ago.
