your not the only one. this nice weather is eating me up. wind, for what there is of it, has been southerly for 2 days now at 5-10 and at least thru tomorrow. with temps in the upper 80’s. I’m ichin’ for a high speed run and the conditions look right for it to happen. my work schedule is in full collision with my fishin schedule…again

I only have eyes for my wife.

be you guys didn’t see my collection before voting
Nice setup Rhyno!
Izzy - somethin in the 5-6’ range that’ll handle 50# mono and probably 8-10oz bait/rig
I think we need a bigger boat…
Very impressive. Where do you keep it all.
everywhere… mostly in garage, my wife is starting to get angry about the pile of rods and reels in the dining room and the bed room
okay so here’s the deal… most of my rods and reels since i was a kid were bought by my dad and were never really mine, so i left them all at home. The only rods/reels/rigs I have now or the ones I have bought on my own over the last 2 years or so. within 6 mos. i’ll beat sharky…yeah right…
From left to right: this pic displays
-11ft penn surf rod with it’s penn 8500ss reel. New line being added soon.
-My recent purchase from willy very excited about because now I have a big rig for the deep for mr, big shark… the 7ft all star with a penn senator 6/0…loaded with 40lb (yo suri, and an a** load of line) willy how many yards?
-next up is my inshore rod for my gurl… just a shimano convergence 7 ft with a shimano sonora 4000, nothing special, but not a bad rig for her to use either, 12lb test line.
-Next up is my favorite inshore rod, 6’6 shimano clarus, light as hell! great rod, and i got a nice lil dawia capricorn2500xtc with 12lb braid… sick lil setup for reds and trout
-next after that is my 10’6 st croix triumph surf rod with a 750ssm loaded with 20lb momoi diamond,(369 yards) (great setup, line chosen by willy) highly reccomend it,
-and last but not least is my party boat rod from jersey and use it inshore here as well as at the jetties… my st. croix premier 7 foot with the abu garcia ambassaduer 6500tc, (((((CAN YOU RECCOMEND GOOD LINE FOR THIS LIL BAD BOY??))))

Rhyno, where’s the harpoon? Serious, between you and Sharky. You’ll have more stuff than most tackle shops have.
I only have eyes for my wife.
actually the harpoon is put up in a box it is an antique hand made by an eskimo around the turn of the century it has a bone “toggle” type head that inserts into a wooden stick attached to the head is a leather braided string so you hit the fish and it releases like a flying gaff

I still think you should go fishing sometime w/ it in your cart rod holder. Think of the fun you’d have answering the questions.
quote:Skins, I've got 2. A Penn Mariner 6'6" and a Shoremaster Custom 6'. Both are 50lb and still have plastic on the butts. Not sure if I want to keep them or not, just not using them right now.
