ok, so there they are in no particular order. the reels belonging to the rods without them are in the gray bag in the closet.
not pictured is the new shimano rig (buddy borrowed it) and my new pier cart jr.
that looks like a DSG rod rack! (lodge outfitters) i’ve been lookin for one of those. I need one more so i’ll have open spaces to fill:smiley:

nice collection you have there. I like them old penn rods, except they break down below the first eyelet (guess it’s stronger?) don’t care much for some of the new penn rods. some of their new surf rods are really nice tho. if i didn’t have plenty i’d buy one.

inshoreboy, i appreciate the heads up on the purple and pink rods with pink line to match. she would probably love that. may pay you a visit shortly.
CHD runs in my family as well but not near as strong as CFD but its close. each of the kids have as much camo as i do and they share a 20 ga. shotgun for turkey shoots this time of year.
hey thanks 12 footer. got the rack from bass pro for like $80. i like the fact that it rolls around. right after i bought it they came out with a rack that has drawers in the middle. i really like that. with the other rods not on a rack another may be in store soon.
the older penn is cool but like you said it breaks down in a strange place. it works well though.

ive decided to start playin music again,so i cant spend as much money on rods now.went out today and bought a blueridge acoustic (like a martin d-45).still have to get one of those cafe amps for the guitar/vocals and a new microphone.will be gigging in 3 months or so.some of you know i played in the eddie bush group for many years,as well as played alot of acoustic music.i intend to do solo acoustic gigs this time.probably gonna play under the name" Mojo Willy".
if you like america,neil young,steve earle,hank jr,other folk rock types,you would like my set.i will let you know when i start gigging.others on this site used to come out when i played before.we had a blast.

hey fishing, my wife has one of those pink poles, and the action is great.
i think something about winter gets me wanting to play again.probably something to that.i would have still been gigging this last summer,but my partner quit on me.this time im doin it myself.gotta come up with some equipment and about 3 months of practice or so.

Willy, I have CGD, too. AT one time I had 27 Guitars, Mostly Fenders, few Jackson and Ibanezes. Had A 1978 Hamer Sunburst that I recently sold. Ever played a Takamine LTD. Blueridge is good, also. Had alot of amps, too. Some twins, ampegs tech 21. I don’t play anymore, kinda lost interest
