come on guys this is a fishing topic.

Kut, go to Musician’s Exchange in Goose Creek next to the post office. They teach lessons there. hint, ask Dave for Tom Migolia"s #. He teaches in Summerville. Very reasonable and very good.

Hold on here…
Three fly rods are because they are different weights for different situations…
My pride and joy is my 7-8 that I’d like to christen in the salt water here.

Not including my kids stuff, I have two bait cast and three spinning outfits.
That’s it.

Would I like more…hell ya
But, not having the money to spend tends to make one reign in their disease

We tell ourselves that too. It makes us feel better.

yep, I carry on average 10 combos out on the pier. different situations.

2 king rigs consisting of:
(2) 12 foot anchor rods
(2) TLD25 fighting rods
plus others:
(1)bait rod (mono)
(1)bait rod (braid) sometimes rigged with Gotcha plugs
(1) casting rod for throwing metal lures (calcutta)
(1) jigging pole (light/medium action)
(1) 10" Tsunami spinning for live line pole (for running live surface bait straight down)
(1) retrieving pole, The mighty Sentara, (heavy action with 65# braid to retrieve anything that goes over the side, fishin poles, cast nets, ect.) can be used for large bottom rigs:wink:
(1) 11’ Tsunami casting w/ ambassador 7000 for bottom fishing.

this is only pier equipment, some different stuff for surf or boat:wink:

see, I can rationalize too:smiley:

Fish tremble at the mention of my name.

See, I would just change the rigging on the pole for the situation :stuck_out_tongue:

Really, there are two 5-wt fly rods that my sons mostly use. I use one when I go trout fishing without them.

The 7-8 was for steelhead/Salmon. Which, as I think about it right now is in prime swing in Michigan :frowning:

The zing of the fly reel when you got a big one on…
Kind of like when your shark rigs go off, I’m sure
