no problem indy.no problem.im lookin at “ocean kayaks” either the “big yak” or the “frenzy”.the frenzy seems to get very good ratings in the surf and i can make a bait carrier for 4 baits at once.set of wheels to drag to the beach and we are set next spring.there is gonna be some big sharks caught next spring for sure.

oh,yeah indy,atleast 500.it may be more than that.the regular 6/0 holds 830 yds of 30 lb test.so i would think probably more like 650 of 50?
its about 650yds of 40lb.would be more of the yozuri i use.if you get spooled 650 yds youre in trouble anyway.

yes sir.you got around 600 yds on there.it took a whole spool of yozuri 40lb,and could have taken 230 yds more.
Looking at a 50W. 500 yds of 135# braid, and a 200 yd. 100# mono top shot.

dam.thats awesome.but,you got to be extra careful around the sand because they arent as forgiving as a senator.those things are like a swiss watch on the inside where a senator is a timex.

must be avet.they make that claim and ive heard great things about them.good move because they have awesome drag rating and are smooth as butter.there is a guy phin on this site that knows those reels inside and out.i hope you get it because i would like to see one.
willy i have a small avet and have no complaints about it.if something happens and you can’t get the reels let me know and i’ll make sure we get them.
