,Our southern border is literally overflowing and bursting at the seams. So much so that this week the border patrol and ICE have begun to release illegal immigrants into the United States with no court date, no job, no sponsor or kin, no place to go, and no real hope of a path to citizenship. Its a sad situation.

The current administration is failing miserably, that can hardly be debated. Not that the last one did a stellar job mind you, but they had the problem contained and were working towards some sort of reasonable solution.

Riddle me this, lets just say your toilet was literally overflowing and bursting at the seams and overflowing into your home. Would you raise the ceiling to allow room for more? Would you continue schitt and then to flush on an ever increasing level?

I don’t think when Mr. Biden and the Main Street Media spent all that time bashing Mr. Trump and his plans for the border that they had any idea this many people would interpret their rhetoric as free pass into the United States. I bet they wish now they’d have worded things differently. I really think it was all that “Anti-Trump” thinking and anything and everything the last administration tried to do was met with unreasonable resistance from the far left.

I liken it (in my mind anyway) to when Mr. Trump encouraged that fiasco on January 6th at the capital. I don’t think he really meant to for the proud boys to bust down the doors and set fire to the place, but again being caught up in the blind hate and rhetoric of the lost election he said some things that I’d bet now he wish were worded differently as well.

For the record I never really liked Mr. Trump, mostly because of his attitude, not his policies. I never have really liked Mr. Biden, mostly because of his policies and not his attitude. It’s just the way I see things.

That being said, Mr. Biden is my president and I will not do anything overtly or covertly to hinder his progress in any shape, form, or fashion. When Mr. Trump was in charge I gave him the same respect and wide berth.

Both administrations are/were flawed from my standpoint. The only way I can reconcile any of it in my mind is to try and be supportive of whatever plan is currently in place.

I just wish we had a plan in place.

Let’s take the illegals out of the motels that were spending 86 million dollars on. Push them back across the border. Take our national guard out of the parking garages in DC. Move them and their fences to the border. And put them up in the motels while they secure our border. Easy fix.

Honestly, those folks won’t be able to vote for years, perhaps decades. I don’t disagree they want votes any way they can get them, but to believe the situation at the border is a ploy for votes is farfetched.

It’s really bad where they come from. I can’t blame them for wanting in the US, I would want the same for my children. The way they are entering, for me anyway, is the rub.

Anyway, My open border concerns are of those adults, as they will be voting, committing crimes, and sucking up Americans hard earned money. Free healthcare for them, paying no taxes, Social Security, committing crimes and left unpunished.

As for those children crossing, without parents, I am concerned and truly care. But, if Trump was still in office and the wall could have been completed, they would have known the only way in would be through LEGAL means.

The Dems (LIARS)welcome them, not out of compassion, but for votes.

OK, let me see if I have this correct.

I come in and start a thread about the crisis at the southern border, say Trump was doing a fairly good job, that Biden wasnt, and gave an analogy about a bathroom being flooded. I go on to say that I don’t think Trump actually meant for the capital to be sacked any more than I think Biden’s thought his rhetoric would explode into the situation with the small children at the border we find ourselves in today and most of the folks crossing the border won’t or can’t vote for years, or even decades.

Then, instead of offering any solutions whatsoever a few of you guys start bashing the left and anything Biden,sound familiar?
