some of the guy on both CBS and ESPN were saying they thought JD and SW were the top two best players in the draft. Pretty impressive stuff.
When has our state ever had two dominant players like these two that went so early in the draft?
Hopefully both will be playing on Sundays for a long time.

Yes, it says a lot about how well the football program has developed at both schools!! Congrats to them both!!
A bad day fishing is much better than a good day at work.
I have not watched a draft in decades. I watched last night just because of these 2. While it was cool to see them go early…It reminded me why I don’t watch it.

I stopped watching after the Browns first pick. I knew they wanted JM so I wanted to see if they picked him.

Same thing happened to Aaron Rodgers. Worked out pretty well for him, although it’s not quite the same situation. Jonathan Football’s gonna be expected to start from day one, whereas Rodgers sat behind Favre for a couple of years.

Yep, I think both schools are going to be top 15/20 teams for a long time. Dabo is not going anywhere and if Spurrier leaves he has built the program so well they will hire another big time coach, specially with all the SEC money…
Going to make the rivalry much more interesting considering the winner could be going to the playoffs.
