My prediction, coots lose, but their fans will continue to say “Five” throughout the summer like it really means something…
A bad day fishing is much better than a good day at work.
Another question I want answered is how come 40% of our stadium (tater valley, 23sailfish) gets filled with coots when this game is played there.
I guess I am at some fault this year since two of my tix are going to a couple that are coot fans.
I’m just sayin…

Clemson wins with Watson by 14, loses with Stoudt by 7. I have zero confidence in Stoudt being able to handle even a mediocre USC team.
I was basically tarred and feathered around work when I said USC would not be that good this year. You would have thought USC was going to play for the NC listening to their fans…but none of them could tell me who the real impact players were going to be. That’s a problem! There are no real impact players on this team like they had in the past few years and losing Connor Shaw in particular was huge. Thompson is just not that good. When all their hopes seem to rest on Mike Davis’ shoulders, it’s not going to be a great season. It’s a rebuild season from day one and the fans around here at least were in denial.
I’m waiting to see if and how far the USC fans turn on their coach(es) after one (comparatively) bad season. They’re too accustomed to winning now. If they lose to Clemson and can’t say “6” they’ll really be ticked.
