Water was a little muddy but weather was nice enough out to wet some lines. Had a live finger mullet under a float but didn’t get much action today. Took the float off and thought I would take my chances with the crabs. Using live finger mullet on a split shot bottom rig I caught a 25" Red that I released. Then I hooked this 26" Red. Knew right off it was too large and didn’t bother to pull it all the way out of the creek. Right after I measured it I unhooked the circle hook. It obliged me by laying still long enough for me to take a pic. I gently nudged it back in the water and it was on it’s way. Kind of fun catching them on light set ups BTW. Wife caught a keeper Black Drum and keeper Sheep Head on fiddler crabs; going to smoke them tomorrow.
Better get some large rolling papers#128513;
Are they hard to keep lit
