I don’t really see the injury. I know it doesn’t mean anything b/c knee injuries aren’t always visible, but they keep showing the replay and I’m not sure what they’re attempting to show.

He is a dumbazz, so, well… You know…
A bad day fishing is much better than a good day at work.
Wow! Torn ACL. Gamecocks will get #6 later this month…shame there is not a real back up plan.
How is Watson’s injury Daybo’s fault? Didn’t see the play so would someone mind elaborating.

Really sucks for Watson. Guy is a great player. Dabo had nothing to do with it, it’s football.

It was tater logic. Seen lots of you orange and purple types blame Spurrier for Lattimore ’ s injuries. So must be Dabo ’ s fault that Watson hurt his knee. You guys are so butt hurt.

I hate to see this, that kid is fun to watch.
I don’t understand the logic of running him over and over with a bad hand. Then When stoudt came in with a bad shoulder, run him twice.

With Watson, it may have something to do with the O Line being so bad he has to run to open things up. With Stoudt, it is simply because he can’t throw the ball, so he has to run it. Not good at that either!!
Dabo doesn’t know how to have an offense without a running QB. Taj was waaaay better of a passer than a runner, but he still ran a dozen times a game. Clemson might have won a few more games during the Taj years had they just sat him in the pocket and let him throw the ball all over the field. He was capable. In my opionion if you have a true passer that’s as good as Taj or Watson, why risk running the QB? You get little to nothing out of that as far as productivity. I know Watson’s talent is duel threat; I get it, but sometimes the threat is plenty to keep a defense guessing. Yes Watson needs to run 3 or 4 times a game to keep that threat alive, but put him in a position where he has the choice to slide. Don’t run him up the middle like Clemson QBs have done for the last few years. I hate running the QB and eventually will lead to injury. Why risk your best player when Stout is the next best option? Not worth the risk to me.

^ Agreed. IMO that injury is due to poor coaching. He ran the ball on almost every play before the injury. Why risk him like that right off an injury. Stoopid. 3 and out Stoudt is just plain awful. Cocks are gonna kill Clemson this year.

Fox sports channel is replaying the Clemson game now. After Watson was hurt, the next two plays were Stoudt running up the middle and him running an option where he kept the ball… I just don’t get it. Poor play calling to me, but I don’t get the millions that Morris gets either. Maybe he’s scheming for SC in a few weeks, who knows…

Our defense will make Stoudt look like Marcus Mariota.
