I agree with Fishb8 - Clowney is awesome and a major cause of disruption when he’s on his game, but its been a while since we’ve seen anything out of him. He has a lot to prove right now IMO.
Clowney needs to do a gut check and get back to business.

It is a shame that all of us grown men put so much on a 20 year old kid. Not pointing fingers; I’m as guilty as anyone.
But we all need to remember, its a 20 year old kid with a mama that works in a frito lay factory. If that’s indeed what he’s doing, how can I blame him?
I don’t care where his mama works. If she sat down and didn’t do her job, she wouldn’t work at Frito very long.

For some reason it irks me when people refer to a 20 year old man as a kid. Clowney hasn’t been a kid for awhile now.

Don’t think he is making it up but it’s fairly unprecedented for a player cleared by the medical staff to say he can’t play right before the game. Even the national analysts are questioning his dedication. IE other players have played with the same injury.
