Daughter's First Red 2014

Left dock at 4:15 on Sunday when weather cleared up nicely. Found a school of about 20 to 25 reds who were very spooky. With both my daughters throwing Gulp baits on jig heads, Ellie snagged a nice red after about 30 minutes.

While we staked off and let the school go back and forth from a nearby bank and the boat, we had no more hook-ups( may have my girls work on their casting distance in 2014 , fished kept turning around right of range- LOL).

Enjoyed a beutiful sunset and hit the dock after a cold ride home just as it got dark… Great trip!

Lovin’ life.

Good for you getting them out there.

Happy 14.
