Went with the wife, 2 daughters and 3 grandkids to IOP County Park Saturday. I only brought 2 small rods and some shrimp for bait. Daughter #2 and I fished the last of the ebb and first hour or so of the incoming tide. Daughter caught a Palometa, a small ray, a few small blackdrum and a few whiting. I caught a few small whiting. Light winds and very little current. 2oz. was all it took to hold the bait in place. Not great, but still a fun day fishing. The fog rolled back in after the tide turned and we called it a day.
