Dirt / trac hoe

Looking for some help or ideas or takers . I have about .6 acre depression on my property I need about 3 to 4 more feet dug out. Easy access dry area. Does anybody know of somebody that would be interested in removing, cost or other ideas? No wetland concerns

Sunbelt has a 11k excavator for 370 a day. We have an account with them at work, I can check with the boss and see if I can get a better rate. They are pretty slick with the front blade its easy to level off and you can dig up roots and stumps pretty easily with that size.

Matt go over and take a look, pretty much done with the trees but have some fine tuning to do. Really want to get the pond dug out do you know of someone that could operate it?

I used to run a cat 325 hoe and d5 dozer for a guy 10 years ago. I am pretty sure I can do it in a day but if you can find an experienced operator it would only take 3-4 hours.

Did you want to just spread the dirt around or haul it off?

Wow 3 or 4 hours to go 4 more feet on the whole pond is moving it. I am trying to find somewhere local that someone would want to stock pile it, way to much dirt to try and spread out.

I really do not know what to do with all the dirt, but if we can source a dump trailer I can use my truck to haul it.

I see Hertz has an extendahoe that can dig 19’ for 320/day. I checked with my boss and sunbelt does not give him any discount. You might want to call around because sometimes they offer good weekend rates. I have no doubt in a days time we could get that thing dug out good. There is going to be a lot of dirt to haul off.
