While fishing I’ve seen boats around Beaufort with dive flags up and I was wondering what they are diving for and i was also wondering if anyone else has seen this in other areas.

Based on the sharks we’ve landed and had broken off there, i wouldn’t be diving in that pea soup.
Maybe they’re bobbing for shrimp!!
