I looked into it, but the cost of getting a drone with a decent flight time, charging time, distance and extra batteries. Kinda put on the back burner for the time being.
Ya know, it must be nice living in Neverneverland. Remind me to come visit you, when I need a break from reality.
I drone fished the beginning of the year in march. I would take out an 8oz weight and a big whiting with ease. I was using the phantom 3 standard. I modified a coat hanger on the bottom as a dropping rig. Just google and you will find how to make one. If you want something more official this place makes an electronic bait dropper for the phantom 3.
I would still be using mine but was forced to sell it. I will be getting another very soon. I think its a good thing to use for dropping shark baits but you can only get several drops per battery.
They have a Gannet Bait Pro Release as well but I am still undecided.I am looking for fellows here who is already using a drone and get some good advice.
Thats the drone i am going to buy the mavic pro. Prob try and find it used somewhere. Its hard to lug around the bigger phantom 3 standard. The mavic is compact wich would be perfect.
