There has been a 4 foot wide river of mullet swimming south down the beach for the last month. Outgoing tide. There are trout hitting them as far out as I can cast with a 9 foot surf setup. Nothing closer in.
I would imagine there would be tarpon following along.

I haven’t seen any but it doesn’t mean there not there lol
I have got some odd bites where the bait feeder drag screams but when I put it on the main drag they drop the bait. Using 6/0 circles. I’ve never had this problem until this year
