I felt the organizational meeting of the Edisto Beach Fsihing Club was as positive as possible: great people, ideas, and food. Kept a mess of trout from my 8 hour scouting trip this AM. Fished a flat about two hours before high tide for about 45 minutes and caught these.
Edisto Marina has straight gasoline, no ethanol. I called Yamaha several weeks ago and they told me to run a 10 micron fuel filter and add fuel stabilizer to every tank of gas.
In my above post, the reference to Yamaha’s advice is for gas with ethanol, All filling station gas has ethanol. Buddy Smith, owner of Edisto Marina, has a source for straight gas. The fuel filter and additive is a good idea, regardless. Bob
