The EFC will hold a Board meeting this coming Monday, Jan. 11, 2010, at Buck’s Pizza. The meeting will begin at 6:00pm. Anyone interested can attend. We will be deciding on four dates for four club tournaments that we can go ahead and communicate to our members. Other items of discussion are listed below:

We are talking about doing the following tournaments:
Memorial Day tournament
Shark TOurnament (like last year)
Red/Trout tournament
Bottom tournament
Haven’t set the dates yets, an email to the members will be going out soon.

There used to be a helluva Memorial Day Tournament years ago. When Mike Able owned the marina I believe. There were Tuna, Dolphin, and Wahoo categories, and most importantly a Youth Angler category. I would say it would get at least 25 boats fishing. Whats the story with the restaurant and the possiblity of food etc. This event could become as good as it was in the past. Count us in if you do it.
