Edisto Fishing Club Christmas Party

Folks, we have set the date for our Christmas party for Dec. 13 at 6:30. It will be either at the Lions Club or Golf Coarse…I’ll let you know as soon as I finalize it. Bring the family!! Wives, girlfriends or even someone that is interested in joining the club. The more the merrier!

We will have a gift exchange, so bring a gift valued around $20.00. If your male, bring a male gift. If your female, bring a female gift.

Dinner will be provided by the club, which should consist of Redfish, shirmp and maybe some chicken, slaw, hush-puppies, potato salad and probably green beans or something. Plus some kind of desert.

If you have not joined the club, you still can. We have lowered the dues for 2008 to $20.00 for the remainder of the year. Starting in January, the dues will go back up to $40.00 (or more).

What I need is a good head count of people who WILL be there. We don’t want to waste any of our food, so please email RSVP to: edistofishingclub@gmail.com

We also need some help with set-up earlier that day, please let me know if you, or your wife, can help.

OK I’ll start this off by commiting to be there, And I will help with food or wherever I needed. Hopefully just taste testing the beverages.

The Christmas party will be at the bar side of the Pavilion. They have reserved it for us at no charge to the club. Thank you Pavilion!! Dec. 13th

i’ll be there since this one will fall on a day i’m in town. Should I just run by buck’s and pay the dues or how do you want me to do it?

My wife and my girlfriend can’t make it; so I’m just bringing the wife.

Unfortunately, Hope and I will not make it for the party. Merry XMas to everyone.
We were down last weekend and need to catch up on Xmas shopping this weekend.

Folks we ended up with about 30 people and we all had a blast. Thanks so much to the Pavilion for making the place look so good and helping so much, they really made our Christmas party 1st class. Thanks again! If you didn’t make it, we understand…but you missed it. Can’t wait until the next one.

Next Club meeting will be the third Saturday in January at the Steedley Farm on Hwy 174. Bring you guns, we’ll be shooting skeet and cooking chicken bog. It will be some good times.
