Was putting in on Tuesday morning at the Edisto Marina ( oct. 7) and we began talking to a guide who was taking out a party to find some big reds. He gave us some advice about fishing at the 60 and we talked about AJ’s and cuda. Never got his name or the name of his boat as he left before we could. Just wondering if he is on this site as we wanted to give him a big thank you. I called the marina this am and asked and they said it might be a boat called “top shot”. Not sure, though. Advise if this was you! Thanks!
What did his boat look like? Capt Buddy B.
Speaking of Edisto guides, does anyone have an update on Bob Sanders? I know that he was in the hospital for a while but I don’t know if he is back on the water. He introduced me to trout tricks, the best artificial I have ever encountered.

Talked with him several months ago and he is no longer chartering due to his health. He is always a pleasure to talk to. You should look him up! I know he would love to hear from you! Capt Buddy B.
Only saw it briefly. White super nice center console. Looked about 25+’. Just didn’t pay much attention. Called the Marina the next day and got a different guy working there. He said maybe “top shot”. I can’t advise, just wanted to say the guy was super cool and didn’t have to share the knowledge he did on the dock for free. A plus in my book.
Found it! Single Shot charters. Charles Yeoman, i believe is the Capt who was so generous with info. . He made our day! Props to the guy.
Just got off the phone with Capt Bob. He is doing great. Proud to call him my friend.
