Hey Huff, the blues are swarming our favorite spot…and running a bit larger than normal. I thought I saw you pulling the whaler home sunday afternoon…say it ain’t so. I’m hoping you were headed towards the N. Edisto, instead. Let’s go soon…
Glad to hear about the blues. i had to take the Whaler in for some repairs…had a dead short that was shocking the hell out of me…found a bare wire touching the steering column duh!
I will have the boat back at the dock tomorrow, and am going trout topwater fishing with Capt. Bob Sanders Friday morning…but can hit the blues on Sunday if you want to go. i still have the two numbers that seem to be the best humps. What tide seems best??

Huff and FC,
I’ll be down all next week and you can stay home - blues will be all gone - captain sandbar will be there this weekend working on them as well…
EWC
You gotta love the South Carolina Lowcountry.
I’m not worried about you, EWC, but Capt. Sandbar has been known to clean out a hunting or fishing spot. He was called down on his recent Africa wingshooting trip for being a game hog, acc. to his son. An hillarious story, which we will tell you later over cocktails…
All of the guides that I have looked up on the internet are like 300.00 a day. None of my family would want to go with a guide. Is there such a thing as getting in with someone else so I dont have to pay 300.00??? since I will be the only one fishing!![]()
