Hit Botany Bay on Saturday. Started off super hot with 3 whiting and what we’re guessing was a big ray that got off all within the first 30 minutes. The first whiting came before we even had all the rods in the water. After that it slowed a lot and only had a few more bites and caught one small shark and another tank of a whiting. Didn’t kill em but came back with more great memories, dinner, and an unfriendly sunburn. And of course had to stop at Flower’s on the way home for some shrimp and crab cakes which always makes the trip worth it. Talked to a few folks out there, didn’t seem like anyone was slayin em. Sorry to the folks I excited by grabbing a rod and fighting a giant ball of vegetation that had my small rod bent in half
