Had three Clemson grads from 1979 on the boat who wanted to target the speckled trout. Fished interior and around the island. Best looking water was on the North Edisto river side. The trout bite was strong with live shrimp under a cork when we found the clear water. Still plenty of bait in the creeks. Good day on the water!
