Spanish Mackerel bite was strong this morning. Lost a big flounder at the boat, but ended up with a mess of nice fish. Trigger, Black Bass, White grunts and Spanish. Fished North Edisto Nearshore and 4KI reefs. Live bottom and structure 30’-50’ water. Squid and cut bait worked well.

Nice reports Capt. Buddy! Thanks for sharing. Are you trolling for those spanish or casting to them? Are you picking up menhaden on the way out for cut bait?

Trolling 5-7mph with Clark spoons. Plenty of bait in the creeks and around sand bars. I use squid and mullet.
