I will be in Edisto next week. I will be bringing two surf rod rigs and shrimp for bait. What is the prediction for success.

Soggybottom, hope you enjoy your trip to the low country. Looks like next week in the surf will be a mid-day to afternoon time. As the tide falls and after the turn. Tides will be pretty extreme with the new moon. Better chance to find the deeper troughs at low tide. If you can find them, the Whiting bite should be hot! I was on IOP this afternoon a couple hours, high tide and falling YUCK! The Blue Fish are pretty thick as well. It was a very nice afternoon.
I was out at that spot on IOP for a picnic dinner a couple of weeks ago, I bet it’s jam up with fish on a rising tide right there
might check it out this weekend.
