That’s a pretty nice one. I’ve never caught one that big. Most of the ones I’ve caught were probably half that size. Hopefully there will be alot of them around the surf this year. They seem few and far between.

Surprised to see that early season pomp inside rather than out on the surf. They seem to generally make a pretty hard BLine up the coast early in the year with not all that many hanging out around charleston due to cloudy water conditions and lack of preferred forage. Usually some nice ones get picked up in the surf and at the Jettys over the next month or so. That one seems pretty far ahead of the main body offish that is still around N FLA.
