Hit two spots on the falling tide today. Ripping current past the bar where fun sized surf was breaking under nice grooming offshore winds. Shoulda brought the surfboard bc folly disappointed again. No troughs to speak of and too much current to keep 10oz pegged to the bottom with just a whiting head. Booo!
When I looked at the data this morning, figured conditions would be ugly. Hey, beats working, like I had to. Tomorrow will be much better after early morning. Wind should be staight off 10-15, with less current. These short days suck! Limits me to only 10-20 hours of fishin’ a week! By Wed. I start jonesing for some fishing. Maybe I need to go ahead and retire, fish every day and finally start up “CAPT. DAVE’S SURF FISHIN GUIDE SERVICE Inc.” ? 
Sounds like a plan Capt. Dave. I haven’t been since I met you that day on IOP several weeks ago. Too much work and weekend family obligations. I pray that I live long enough to get to go fishing on a regular basis during the week ! Maybe this weekend.
