Just a heads up. They started at thw col de sac and are at the washout now. This is the most amount of sand ive seen them use to renourish the beach. Looks like south folly, bird key and stono inlet are gonna have some new sand bars next year.

I like the Folly River sandbar sand versus that chit they sucked up from offshore last time…made the water nice and blue, but those dern coral pieces were a pain in the butt…looks good to me…oh and have you been up close to the dredge by the marina? holy chit, that thing is fricken huge…thanks for the pics 40…

So are they pulling sand from behind county park and working down the beach? Man that makes too much sense to be true
yes, pulling sand from the marina/bird key general area…pipe is laid in the river all the way to the washout, pipe goes under the road, then down the beach…at least that’s how it was as of 2 weeks ago…
