I will be in Folly Beach and staying at Tides. Do any of the local shops rent out fishing gear if I wanted to try my hand at surf fishing? From reading the board, frozen shrimp is the way to go and heading to the north end of Folly is also recommended. Thank you!!
the pier rents out rods,to be used only on the pier though.there’s no where else that i know of.
Fresh shrimp is the way to go. I don’t use shrimp that I wouldn’t eat myself.
