Does it really close at 11pm? Never seen a pier that actually closes before…
If so are there any 24 hour ones around Charleston?

It does close at 11 because it is a “county park”. As for 24 hr piers in Charleston, there arent any that go into the ocean unless google earth has failed me.

U could fish the battery or higgins park, brittle bank park, folly dock by the boat ramp. At night boat ramps are good spots to fish.

second on battery, always caught fish there

Folly Dock/Boat ramp seems perfect as it’s 2mins from my condo! Also battery seems solid too. How’s the parking by the battery?

At nigh fine. I heard either end or the point are good spots at the batter but at low tide its rocks in front of most of the battery.
