Decided to hit Folly before it gets to busy. Went to one of my old spots…still looks good.
On the beach about 11:00am. A few hours later than I wanted. Again it was a beautiful day on the beach. Breeze off the water was cool, water temp is coming up some @ 54-55. Falling tide all day…yuck! Very slow in the begining, moved up the beach a few times and found the Rays. No fish…again, but thats fishing…or not fishing .
I think we will hit this spot again in a couple weeks. And can’t forget the pics !
I went out the other morning on the IOP. nothing biting just yet, but was nice to break out the reels again haha. shouldn’t be long before we get into some decent fishing in the surf. Usually when the temp gets around 60-65?
good stuff, man. at least you are catching something. I will be in charleston on saturday fishing from a boat. will probably be back at shem creek around 3 or 4. if you are fishing, let me know and i may stop by.
