Got out after low the trough was nice and deep water looked like sweet t. Nice trout in first 5 minutes followed by a whiting and a just under slot red. Then a couple more small whiting. Then it shut off as soon as the water really started to fill in. Kinda wierd as I figured it may get better. Crabs are wandering the beach I guess being flushed out by fresh water. No bites on the two big rods with mullet 
What kind of crabs?
Blue crabs wandering the surf zone. More than I have seen all year. Non at IOP today though. Couple at SI
