Any local charleston guys free diving and spearing? I’ve got a handful of guys that are usually good to go but schedules don’t always align…just seeing if there’s anyone out there that can dive and would want to go…

Where do you dive? I’m south of Charleston, and we go out near Edisto island.
I don’t free dive, but would definitely be interested in tagging along with tanks, if that were an option? I’d be happy to pay more than my fair share for groceries, gas, etc.
i’m up in Mt Pleasant…went out friday and trolled a lil bit but the mahi action was a lil slower on top so we hopped in and shot a handful but only ended up w 2 in the boat…lots of peanuts out there n they’re harder to hit i think…anyway, we only dove for an hr as we had 2 divers and 5 hook n line guys on board…need to get more of a group of guys/girls to dive n split some fuel/ice/grocery costs…if anyone is interested give me a call…
we do a lot of shallow trips(35-45’) for sheepies too…jetties are even a good spot for that too…if you want to get into it i can help u get started to…

I freedive and SCUBA with spearguns, I mostly hit the Beaufort/ Hilton Head area but if the weather forecast looked promising enough I would make the drive Charleston.
