Why do yall keep beating up on this man? Next month it might be you. So what if they were at Hooties. Most of yall have probably done that too. Just didn’t get your picture took. If you ain’t been stuck around here, you just ain’t been out much. No damage done. You are next. May you hit a clean beach like he did:smiley: Maybe it was a good judgement call on his part. Say he was at Hooties, maybe, and maybe he knew he had too much to drink to get the boat back to the dock safe, so he ran it up on a clean beach to spend the night. That’s a good call. Nobody is hurt, the boat isn’t hurt and the tide will come back in. Give him a break.

Larry; you know this bunch likes to beat up on the unfortunate ones or the newbes if they ask a silly question ect, ect. but as you alluded to it might be them next time. My dad used to say “the sun don’t shine on the same dog every day” Their tide will change , could be sooner than later !!!

When you see “Old Glory” waving in the breeze, know that it is the dying breaths of our fallen hero’s that makes it wave.

Their turn will come one day, it’s just a matter of time. What goes around comes around. When I find you stuck I’ll try to help you get off, and I won’t post a picture of it, or laugh at you. Well, I might laugh at you But not in public. It will be face to face if I do that.

^^^ Exactly. All of us have been there. Or will be there. Most of us just don’t have pretty enough boats to warrant a conversation. It has nothing to do with a marker, or a HTB show. NO one hurt, NO one should care.
That being said, the chick checking out the bow hold… number?

I guess we just expect a little more professionalism from a capt. of a boat this size with all of the available navigational aids. That’s a lot of misguided weight. Let’s hope no one gets injured next time.
