FSU might be legit FO REAL!
I like how they don’t take their foot off the gas.
They are very strong.
They are super legit. Hope you guys go all the way.
I think they might be. I know they won big and embarrassed Clemson at home. but here is the problem I have right now.
Clemson’s most impressive win is by 3 points at home against a team that is 4-3 now. FSU hasn’t played anyone else. I know MD was #25 when FSU stomped them, but they had played no one.
The way they looked last night was impressive. no doubt.
Famous Jameis used the phrase “Too legit to quit”
I wonder if a 19 year old even knows what that means?!
I was impressed by FSU all around the field

Hammertime!!
Legit until someone proves that they are vastly over rated because they don’t play in the SEC. A middle school minded alias will pop up and point that out soon enough…

To be fair, Georgia is 4-3 but it is highly doubtful they would be if the injury bug hadn’t ravaged the program. As it stands, Georgia might be lucky to finish 7-5 this year.
Clemson was/is a very good team. Perfect storms happen and FSU took full advantage of it. There’s no excuse for Clemson’s poor performance Saturday but it happened and everyone in the nation saw it. It’ll haunt the Tigers the rest of the next few seasons. However, the polls still show the Tigers respect, more than I thought they would and Clemson still has a ton to play for.
I’m disappointed not so much in losing but how they lost and knowing they are better than that. All in all though, Clemson walked into a buzzsaw and it showed. FSU is as close as I can remember to those late 80’/90’s teams that dominated CFB as they’ve been since then. They are legit make no mistake about it. Saturday they could have played with and beaten either Oregon or Bama, they just didn’t make many mistakes.
I sincerely hope they get a shot at Bama or Oregon in the BCSNCG, it would be fun with either of them.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

I believe he meant that in a sarcastic way and was taking a shot at the USuC fans that seem to think everyone who isn’t in the SEC can’t be any good… But that’s just my understanding, could be wrong…

Thats fair to say. But after Clemson scored, I thought the tide had changed. Yes they were still down but I thought the momentum was in their favor. I said, alright now we got a game. But then…nothing. It was as if they game up. The energy was just not there.

Clemson was flat out off. Throw in the turnovers and you got a recipe for disaster. I thought they were going to turn it on too but then I watched receivers run the wrong routes and Boyd misread the coverage and knew it was over at the start of the 2nd.
Play the game 5 more times and FSU probably wins every single one of them, though I doubt any one of them is that lopsided. The only player I saw that was playing with heart was Watkins. Had Boyd been able to hit him with some accurate throws things may have been a little different.
FSU’s defense brought it all night and their O line play was outstanding.

Interesting point about the defense. FSU played press alot on the WR and CU offense struggled.
TN played press alot on USC and their offense struggled.
either way, both outcomes suck…

Clemson came out flat and got their butt whoooped on both sides of the ball. F St. was prepared for that one. 4 turnovers for points usually poops the bed for anyone!! The two things Clemson had been doing well FlaSt slammed the door on - offense hitting on the secondary burning big plays and Vic Beasley and the D-line disrupting their O line and getting sacks & third down stops. Neither happened Saturday night. I’m a TIGER fan and still proud of them. They will still have a great season.
Fla St has and always seems to have never-end depth in their program. You look at the 4 & 5 stars they have picked up in last three years - Top 3 all three yrs. The seniors that left last year and went pro - 5 stars filled those slots. I have always felt fortunate when we beat them in the past. They are for real! I think them and Bama for the BCSCG.
