The Tallahassee Police Department announced Monday that it is investigating an alleged domestic battery case involving Florida State senior running back Karlos Williams.
The TPD issued a statement on its Facebook page, saying it “received the case on Saturday night, October 25th, 2014 and [the case] was immediately assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division.”
“The alleged crime is an active on-going investigation and Florida Law does not allow TPD to discuss the details of any case while it is on-going,” the statement continues.
Williams’ attorney, Tim Jansen, declined comment when reached by the Tallahassee Democrat, which reported that the TPD had named Williams a suspect in the case.
Via the Orlando Sentinel, Florida State issued a statement Monday afternoon:
FSU statement on Williams: "Until we receive more information regarding the alleged incident his status with the team will be under review."

With 378 yards and 7 touchdowns, Williams is Florida State’s leading rusher for the season. The Seminoles play at Louisville Thursday night.
Imagine that, another Nole in trouble with the law. Heck, you’d think all those players would toe the line when Jimbo hands out such stiff penalties and made an example out of like Winston.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

It would go like this,
Because FSU receives public funds, and because FSU acted, at minimum, indifferently towards allegation(s) of sexual violence made by a female student(s) against a male student(s) and, at maximum, covered up and impeded a criminal investigation, they will have to pay up for denial of females’ access to equal and free access to public education.
In the past, students have been expelled after Title IX suits were filed and schools still had to pay up.
Google University of Colorado & Title IX or Arizona State & Title IX if you want to know how this will go for Florida State…
