Gamecocks recruits

world according to salty.

HC will retire in a few years. means NO ONE wants to play at USC ever again.

I wonder how CFB continues to exist with all the coaching changes every year.
UF fired its coach. How in the world of salty will they ever recruit again

Dude, your fixation with my ownership of you is ridiculous. You lost the 6th commit last night, your recruiting class is falling apart and word on the street is that current players are telling recruits to look elsewhere. This is all being reported on Rivals.

Your coach hasn’t quit yet or fired anyone that screwed up the team, ergo you are stuck with what recruits you can get. It’s taking steps backwards, not forwards. All while UT, UF and UK gain ground and surpass the chickens in the conference, Clemson already has.

It’s fine with me if you’re good with being 6-6 or 5-7 every year, success isn’t for everyone.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Please do some research and find out how many de-commits happen EVERY year.

Until signing day, this is all useless
Just like preseason polls…

Again facts confuse you.
But thanks for your input. It has become rather funny.

Wasn’t talking about the de-commits.

Maybe 23.5Sailfan should do an over under on how long it takes FishBNDenial to admit the program has serious issues stemming from the uncertainty of the coaching staff and is causing the loss of recruiting talent.

Salty, you should get off the internet and spend more time with your kids.

LMAO, I said the same thing a while back!! I finally gave up and just ignore it, but Klenex sure does love it!!

Sorry, Ive been re-reading my comments looking for anything that is whining. I tend to lean on facts. some of you seem to lean on the world according to salty. Which utilizes zero fact and pure hate.

It is happening everywhere.
But if you noticed. 1 wants to to be closer to mommy. 2 changed so they can play right away.

If you are a DE and you commit early in your senior year, then find out the #1 DE commits there after you. Maybe you change your mind to go where you will play early.
This is why verbal commits mean nothing to me.

6 decommit in such a short time does not happen all the time… Not unless there is a coaching change or something major. I’m not saying USC is turning into a dumpster fire but that’s not a good sign.

Just calling it like I see it…carry on.

I agree. but when you look at the 3 mentioned in the article (close to home and play right away). It is not as bad. And those types of de-commits happen all the time.

Wouldn’t really inspire me to come play for him either, though.

If you changed your mind because the team you committed fell apart and the coach is a lame duck would you be honest and say that? I'd probably make up an exuse like playing close to home. I could be wrong but not sure I beleive those reasons....

Those reason are very real reasons. Playing time is probably the biggest motivator (besides money).
Team you committed with fell apart? So at what point did that happen? the 1st de-commit, the 2nd… see my point

What is a lame duck coach?

Yeah they very well could have gotten paid to flip.

Thought lame duck meant on the way out. Maybe I’m using the wrong term?

I guess the way I see it, lots of coaches in CFB are “on the way out”. People create hot seat list for a reason. Or a coach is an up and coming coach. The is a list of “who will replace who”.

Look at Chad Morris. he has been “on the way out” for years. Every decent opening had his name on it. Did that effect recruiting???

This whole thread is lame…
