First one I dropped and 80 lb kayak off the roof rack and tried to catch it. Second one, not sure, most likely result of my motorcycle crash back in February and didn’t notice it above the 5 broken ribs and punctured lung.
Boat drinks, Waitress I need 2 more boat drinks!
Wow. I was curious because you kayak and was wondering if it had to do with the continuous paddle motion in the shoulders.
TB-Guess all those years of playing hockey paid off for me.
Six weeks after the repair, the Doc told me she was sending me to PT because I was so
far ahead of where I should have been at that time; I needed to slow down before I did
something stupid and re-tore the tendon!
I have a mortal fear of motorcycles. Rode one years ago; and it scared me so much
I never rode one again.
Good luck with your recovery!!
PS_Watch out for that Percocet. Friend of mine got addicted after 2x knee surgery-says breaking the drug habit was worse than the operation.

RBF, I’m a flatwater guy. Not a big fan of bashing my brains out on rocks
DF - thanks Bud. Taking it slow and easy. PT warned me against going to fast and popping a tendon or pulling out an anchor
Sternline - dropped off the hard drugs end of last week. Oxy and Valium were starting to become friends. Not I’ve got gabapentin for nerve trauma. Trying to stop the radiating pain down to my fingertips. That and aleve are the current drugs. Ice packs and long screaming hot soaks help a lot.
Sure it does! They were athletic socks! Had the Nike Swoosh and all! He probably still fits into his old jock, but can’t see it anymore because of his stomach:face_with_head_bandage:

True dat. I remember an away game in high school I forgot my jock, coach says, "Tape it"
BTW, Nike was not a word in those days. In HS I wore Converse Allstars.

US Whitewater Center is much more than bashing your head on rocks. Very cool place. Much to do, ropes courses, zip lines, hiking trails, artificial rapids, etc. Many times it has festivals with craft breweries coming in, and live bands for River Jam and plenty of good food. They let dogs in too.
It is a blast, try it sometime. Less dangerous than a motorcycle…
I don’t want to brag or make anyone jealous or anything, but I can still fit into the socks I wore in high school.
Yeah, yeah; put on those tighty whities you wore back in the day… You’ll be lookin’ like Caitlyn Jenner with those bad boyz on… And also feeling like him/her too!! Whichever it is now…
