I have a 2006 20foot 200 Bay Scout for sale. Needs to go. Have my eye on an offshore setup. I purchased this boat new in 06 from Mid Carolina Marine in Columbia. It has an 06, 150 yamaha with only 260 hours on it and has been well maintained by Tre Everette & Jim Goller (wildlifesc) as well as myself.
It has a motor guide 82lb thrust trolling motor(removable). On board charger, Lenko trim tabs, new Standard Horizon VHF with Shakespeare 5400 XP antennae and will throw in an Icom handheld that was over 300 bux. Wesco dual axle trailer. also has a Lowrance 8 inch screen LCX38CHD with a Navionics silver chip.
Someone needs to buy this boat ASAP… You’ll be getting a heck of a deal. I’ve fished on this boat its well taken care of… When not in use its kept under a garage!
I put 760 instead of 706. However, whoever has that same number in the 760 area code might have some explaining to do when they get a text from a strange number that reads:

2007 Scout 221 150 Yamaha 4 stroke
Having just fished off of it this AM I’ll second this motion!!
This is a great boat…I know because I’ve helped maintain its electrical system. Kept under a shed, cared for extremely well. Will be a good buy. I know…I paid twice that for mine just like it!
Courtesy bump. Glenn - you got the new boat already?? Let me know if you need help jacking up the carport - or - I can bring the portaband over and we can whack off the t-top.
Gonna try and get ahold of Cheech & Chong as they were the ones that showed up to put that shed up…lol. Would be nice if it could be raised up but it will take about 3 more feet. Also would have to leave the gable end off it. Will be looking into it tho.
As for the new/used boat, will be getting it next week. Sure need a buyer for the Scout! I, or should I say we are excited about this as it should be.
Blair, I will holler at you as you need to check out the goodies coming with the boat.
Hey Brandon, just a few knives a day for a loooong time…lol…hope ya doing well.
I tried for sometime to sell my boat, even posted here with no luck. Ended up taking it to Websters Marine, they charge a 10% commission but it sold in just over a month. I ended up with what I expected to get even after the commission. They did a good job. They took the buyer out for a test ride which was great since I live out of state. The boat will get more exposure at a dealer since lots of people are in and out. It worked out good for me.
I like Websters. I pass by there when I come into town, plus I bought a Scout (used) from them a few years ago. The other thing was that I had my boat detailed and did not want a bunch of leaves getting into it. Butlers has alot of trees nearby, plus I usually don’t head in that direction in my travels. Allen Webster helped to negociate the deal, keeping my target price where it needed to be…he did well for me…also he is a Scout dealer so that may help you if someone is coming in to look at Scouts…
