Got up around 6 this morning and headed down to the creek at the end of harbor island i fished there yesterday morning and caught a couple trout so i decided to go again. Brought the cast net with me this time got some fm as the the tide came in we say some reds going crazy chasing the mullet i threw one out on a carolina rig and stuck the rod between my legs while using my other rod with a poping cork and gulp shirmp. it didnt talk long when the rod about ripped out between my legs lol. man what i fight. My first nice redfish.
