Great morning with HB & new Power Pole...

Got me an early Father’s Day Power Pole. I always buy my own Father’s Day gifts anyway. Hit the Beaufort River around 7:30 and had a good time with old friend Haulin’ Bass. We got into the reds right away with a 27, a 26 and a 24 and a slot or two. Moved to another drop and hit a slottie and a 25 right off, then nada. Moved across the river and HB tied into a great 29 1/2, I caught another 27 and we caught a 25 and some more slots picking at 'em for a while. Tried to fish another drop until the wind got up and left the water around noonish or a little later. Ended up with 10 nice fish and a really beautiful day on the water. Oh…fish bit muddies and shrimp…

Power Pole will take some getting used to…had some air in the lines and worked that out for smoother operation. It’s going to be a great addition.

Nice catching fellas… I have 3 green lights on my charger hope to drain some of that juice this weekend!

Nice fish Jim and HB, Jim when you get use to your power pole you’re going to wonder how you ever fished without one, then you get two.

If I get two I may get a cease & desist order from wife’s attorney!

What is a Power Pole? Was SCE&G involved?

If it’s responsible for flingin’ them fish in the boat, I’ll take two.

Now you have my secret…I shock up the fish!

Nice pics. I see you made HB lean to the right so your pole would show. Pervert.

Now that’s funny right there! Good one Jig…

Nice reds. Yore gonna love your Power Pole. It will really help you catch those fish that you would normally run over. The thing that I had to learn was drop the PP first and then stop the trolling motor. If I stop the motor first then I am too slow with the PP and will be on top of the fish.
