Hey Ya’ll first post,
Headed to Fripp for a week here in a few weeks and I’m looking for some places to walk in. Where should I head to? Not Like your perfect flat, but a street to park on to get to an accessible area. The last time I was at Fripp was 6 yrs ago. I?ve done some reading and from what I gather ya?ll have an abundance of extremely soft bottoms, which we do as well but not to the extent I keep reading about.
I know the reds and specs in my area have already headed to about 6-8 ft of water over scattered shell as the flats have started to warm up a good bit, so it may all be for not. I won?t have room in the truck to bring a yak, and I?m dang sure not dragging the boat 1000 mi one way lol. But I’ll trade Galveston Bay spots for walk in spots in your area lol.
