Hey Ya’ll first post,

Headed to Fripp for a week here in a few weeks and I’m looking for some places to walk in. Where should I head to? Not like your perfect flat, but a street to park on to get to an accessible area. The last time I was at Fripp was 6 yrs ago. I’ve done some reading and from what I gather ya?ll have an abundance of extremely soft bottoms, which we do as well but not to the extent I keep reading about.
I know the reds and specs in my area have already headed to about 6-8 ft of water over scattered shell as the flats have started to warm up a good bit, so it may all be for not. I won?t have room in the truck to bring a yak, and I?m dang sure not dragging the boat 1000 mi one way lol. But I’ll trade Galveston Bay spots for walk in spots in your area lol. I’ll be heading down to HHI on the 14th. First time there. I’ll try to post up reports. Looking to do some crabbing, surf and creek fishing while I am there, if the wife and kiddos will let me.
