I am headed down to edisto for our yearly trip tomorrow. I went out with Bob sanders last year(GREAT GUY by the way)and learned the ropes a little. I will have my 1860 g3 with a tunnell hull with me and want to catch some reds. Are they still hitting top water or can I catch them on gulp shrimp. Any tips would help. I am only down for a week and I am trying to maximize my chances. Thanks to everyone and I’ll see ya on the water!!!
Caught them yesterday on top water, gulp swimming mullet 1/8th oz jig head, tube baits and 4" inch paddle tail worm. Fished from my kayak and fished lowtide to high back down to mid. Kept moving to find fish as tides changed.
