family visiting from IN, I’m not bringing my boat down from Charleston, but might get a guided inshore trip for my nephew’s 18th birthday.
Anyone have any recommendations?

Yep, 2. Both first class.

or Capt. Dan Utley http://fishincoach.com/
Either will do an excellent job for you.

Update.
Went with Dan Utley. Fished HH side of where Skull creek and the other big creek meet the Broad River.
Used Gulp scented shrimp and fished it like cut bait (cast it out, let it sit and wait for a fish to find it). Never done that before and after 2 hours of no bites, was questioning the tactic. We then did get a 27 inch red on that method, moved to few more spots and caught 2-3 more reds on a gulp under a cork. Only caught 1 trout at his trout spot. Also spent about 40 minutes trying to fix his malfunctioning power pole which was disappointing but it happens.
Overall, it was an OK trip, better than getting skunked but never really got into the fish consistently.
Coach is a nice guy and I’d use him again.

Bonecrusher, that’s a decent day compared to what I’ve had lately. Coach and I fish a lot of the same areas, i have used every method discussed on this forum in the last two weeks with little to show for it. Can’t seem to find a good size school like you normally would this time of year. Still a lot of bait in the creeks. It’s been tough going the last two-three weeks.
All things being equal, I would rather be on the water.
It is very difficult to catch a lot of fish every day, every time, even for a man who does it for a living every day. We had a full moon, high tides, lot of rain, water is muddy in most places. Some days the fish just don’t bite good. He still put you onto some good fish that you probably never would have found by yourself. Most people would probably have got skunked.
